In Kubuntu 16.04, Gwenview plugins are missing, so at the plugins
submenus only appears the option "KXML Hello World..." instead of the
habitual list of plugins for manipulating images.
In this moment, I have installed Gwenview 15.12.3-0ubuntu1 and kipi-

The installer have some problems with the keyboard layouts, because if
you change the default language at the beginning of installation, when
it reaches the step of selecting the keyboard layout, appears a small
window with a message saying "Do you wish to keep the default key

This bug is still present and reproducible in Beta 2 every time you try
