It still exists in the 64-bit version of 2.6.27-11 on my Latitude D630
(NVidia). Same exact symptoms, clean install, except for the use of the
NVidia 177 (tried 173) drivers. It sounds from what I'm reading here
that the system doesn't even get to the point where the video driver
would matter

I was connected to an HTTPS site. After a few form submissions, the browser
crashes and burns,
On the terminal I launched the program from was this message:

As I was attempting (in galeon) to add an 'Also affects project' link, I got
_another_ crash.
This time the error from galeon as 'Segmentation fault'.
I haven't seen this behaviour before, the machine has been quite
stable since the release in October, even though I have been updating
regularly
The 'Also affects project' link was new to me, I thought it was a way to
flag the same bug affects other packages.
I can't see any need to link this to upstream projects at this time.

Interesting... it only seems to happen when Nvidia powermizer is on
Performance Level 0. The commands work fine when it's on Level 2!
I am running a newer driver:

/mysql_admin_password is the value I set when I ran
dpkg-reconfigure.
I don't recall having to set it before and would not have used the same value.

Following Clayton Smith's comment (69) using Mario's patch fixed the
white screen on resume issue, but now I cannot use a blank screen for
a screen saver. It will dim out to black, flash once, and then show a
picture of my desktop, only faded. Can anyone confirm this?

on this site http://www.vk.tv/video the videoś won't start. When i select a
video, the 'player'icon is displayed. after clicking on it, the movie don't

I have this on the computer bug from my father and I do not use
NetworkManager the connection is done automatically without the support of
network manager so i think it's a firefox bug...
