I have downloaded new iso 16.04.1 and installed on my Pc
Still having same problem
880 to 1 gb by-default memory usage at start up.

Same Problem I had when I have installed ubuntu 16.04 first time but after
installing it 3 time I can able to fix it.
In third time I didnt connect to Internet and then I go through installation,
after reboot I updated system. That's how I fix or may be luck by chance!! Dont
know..
