The latest snapshot of pcc and pcc-libs from http://pcc.ludd.ltu.se/ supports multiarch, thus compiles with minimal changes and works on Debian and Ubuntu. Here is a repo with packages for Precise (i386 and amd64): https://launchpad.net/~vitalie-ciubotaru/+archive/ubuntu/pcc
