I adapted a patch from Markus Rechberger to add this feature (I had to modify
it to work with generic USB audio devices and PulseAudio). It works fine here
under Karmic, but with a small delay between video and audio.

1. the tuxoniceui_usplash needs a fix to add two fade_logo calls. This is
already fixed in the tuxonice-userui SVN.
2. the pm-utils sleep.d hook 98-smart-kernel-video disables changing the VT. To
get it work with TOI, you need to enable it by commenting out one line

The issue with the wacom tools is also that HAL doesn't put the right
string into "info.product". That's why "stylus", "cursor" or "pad" as
the device name don't work.
Right now, there's a script floating around in different forums or blogs:

Nevertheless, as the apache2 package was split, I think that this bug
report can be closed. gnome-user-share only depends on apache2.2-bin
now, and therefore no full-blown apache is installed.

I can confirm this issue with 2.28.0-0ubuntu2. My mobile phone is a
Nokia E90.
The second issue is that during pairing, I can't activate "Access the
internet using your mobile phone" as shown at

I'm facing a problem with Quickcam Messenger (046d:08f0) under Karmic.
Two modules, gspca_stv06xx and quickcam_messenger, try to handle this
webcam.
