One more thing to note: Also Filezilla is affected by this issue. For
Filezilla removing qt5-gtk2-platformtheme does NOT solve the issue.

I spent quite some time today trying various things to get rid of this
issue. Below is what I figured out:
* I did a fresh install of Budgie 19.10 and faced the issue described.
