anywhere between 90 to 100% of the time. Firefox 3.5.5, XChat 2.8.X,

The desktop shifted as if the resolution was to high and it was saying
the desktop was bigger, however the grapgics, where corrupted, and the
only active area to click on was the corrupt graphics.
