Same problem here on Lenovo T61. Hibernate doesn't work. I crashes when
waking up (blinking caps lock). I have to do a hard reset then. Any
solutions in sight?

Also having the sticking keys problem with 7.10 Ubuntu Xubuntu.
Occasionally will happen at the login screen (before much of anything is
loaded) on a fresh boot. Makes typing username/pass a real chore. My
problem might be slightly different: while typing keyboard output will
pause then repeat
I also like to see this in Feisty. There are several tools for MySQL, but only
one real good GUI tool for PostgreSQL (this one), so it would be nice, if this
is up to date.
Also on the pgadmin website there are binaries for nearly all major
distributions, but not for ubuntu. And it is not
This is a bit problematic as i switched from AHCI-SATA to IDE-Emulation-SATA
mode in the BIOS.
Now the PC does a correct hibernate shutdown, but when waking up it hangs
there. I get the splashup and after loading a while it hangs up with an
horizontal grey bar on the screen. But perhaps Kernel
I located the problem. It's cause I use AHCI mode for Serial ATA. When I switch
to Ide mode (in BIOS), hibernate works. Thats why every error message above has
to do sthg with the filesystem.
Now the question is ... is it a general bug with AHCI mode + hibernate, or does
it only affect this

Under Ubuntu 6.10 (without any special drivers installed): When I select
hibernate, first the screen gets black and then I get some error messages:

Ok, I did a complete new install of Kubuntu on another partition. Here again is
how it behaves on hibernate.
I select hibernate ... the screen gets black for about 10 seconds ...
then all those error messages as stated in my first post are printed .. then
nothing happens anymore.
