Actually you are right, and there's hop need for any kind of
highlightPolicy to be present, as we can detect whether an action is
attached to a ListItem, i.e has clicked or pressAndHold connected to a
slot. So in that sense the bug is valid.

set of the application, which loads SuruGradient theme. The theme is
deprecated, and SuruDark or Ambiance theme should be used whenever

Exactly, QFile.permissions() returns Qt-format permissions flags, which
should not be mixed with UNIX permissions. What I printed out is the
same QStandardPaths is having, and both are in Qt format. It's a
coincidence that User RWX is the same as UNIX flags :)

EDS backend seems got some changes and/or some unimplemented things.
First, when UITK Alarm tests are run, which are all asynchronous, I have
to add 400 msec wait time after each request wait completion, otherwise
tests are failing randomly.
Second, when I update the type in an alarm, I'm getting
Don't know what happened recently in EDS backend, but all I find now is
that I cannot run the Alarm unit tests twice consecutively so I get the
same results. One run produces 4 failures, then depending on how soon I
run the next I get 1-4 failures... And between these the sound update
fails once...

It ends up that all we need is to provide handling of
QPlatformIntegration::PasswordMaskDelay in QtUbuntu integration's
styleHint() method. That should do the job.

I rigged further, and seems we have a problem with Qt defining the singletons,
or there is something in our backend which makes the PickerPanel singleton to
be instantiable.
There was a change in UITK which brought the proper instantiation of QML
singletons. This affected UbuntuColors and Picke
>From UITK side the only modification we did was to make the PickerPanel
and UbuntuColors to be instantiated as proper QML singletons. The change
has been tested on the device, and everything was working perfectly.
However the Calendar app wasnát looking like now in 237, so either the
Calendar app
Can someone confirm that if it has been identified that the bug is in
ubuntu-platform-api, then why has been assigned to the toolkit?

Update: seems XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/ folder wasn't added to the
policy, so the reason why we couldn't save the state. The policy is
being added as we speak, so hopefully we will get it soon.
