Nice, that "stop" inside /var/local/canonical_livepatch_mode should be
the source of the issue. You can simply delete that file and run `sudo
snap restart canonical-livepatch` and things should be well again.

I'm not sure how or why, but during the upgrade, /dev/null got chmod'ed
to 644. Setting it back to 666 let it work correctly.

cannot read them. I'm guessing that /var/crash doesn't have the 3777
permissions that would allow inheriting the whoopsie GID. My own system
has 1777, whereas fresh containers seem to be correctly using
1 - 100 of 6200329 matches
