[Bug 1490673] [NEW] Can't receive MMS on my MEIZU MX4:Provider SOSH by Orange in france

Public bug reported: OTA-6 is installed on my Meizu MX4 since two days but I can't received MMS. It was the same thing with OTA-5. However I can send MMS with or without wifi. It is also OK with data. My provider is Sosh by Orange, a french provider. Basic or custom APN, nothing happens.
