Public bug reported:
UI bug, need to have auto-hide launcher set to off in appearance, so
when I click on the browser and view it in the maximized view, the title
page of the application would be over lapped against the list of menu of
the browser like file, edit etc. This also varies with
** Attachment added: launcher overlaps the browsers menu options
