i agree to say that the floppy disk is not a valid metaphor anymore (new users
have probably never seen one !) but i wouldn't suggest to replace it with the
hard drive metaphor : the hard disk drive is not a good metaphor either since a
hard drive is usually hidden in the PC box and a lot of use
then this a panel bug, and maybe a menu entry to manage panel applet
should be added to System>Preferences

same problem /desktop/gnome/peripherals/keyboard/remember_numlock_state
is already set to true and NumLock is always disabled
(i've made a clean install of Hardy alpha 6 after deleting all
configuration files in my $home/ )

are ok, but when i click on them to display them within Firefox in bigger size,
pictures are not centered in their window

note that the common point between all these see

For release note, you can look at what Totem dev did :

i'm back on my system and still that curious bug
i've seen that problem on different sites actually
i should precise i've made a clean install of Hardy alpha 6 ess than one
week ago after deleting all my configurations files on my /home

that's strange
i've started Hardy alpha 6 Live CD and :
- i've used FF 3.0b3 with Compiz Fusion/Metacity with composite/Metacity
without composite and everything is ok
- I've updated FF 3 to b4 and everything is ok
