I have recently removed TeXLive 2009 and installed TeXLive 2010 by myself. So far it looks like that bug disappeared. Although it is not a patch, but it solved my problems. I will write more here if I find some problems with this. By the way, I installed TeXLive 2010 by hand following this help:
