@Jackallen - You now need to set your power preferences to suspend when
the lid was closed. The problem probably caused you to set them to
something else because the
Suspend doesn't work for me, and I did a fresh install of 10.4 on my Y530.
Haven't tried hibernate yet. The boot and shutdown are real fast, so
hibernate doesn't do me much good.
