Unfortunately "disabling" in Settings -> Devices -> Keyboard isn't
possible. The dialogue when trying to "change" the settings provides
only the option to set a new shortcut or to hit "Del" to disable. BUT if
I hit Del this simply sets the shortcut from Shift+PrtSc to Del. :-/

I was also effected by this bug after running the Software Updater.
Previously I have always used the CLI to install updates. Today was the

- apt-get -f install
After that, kernel installation worked without error.

Many libraries have a pkg-config file to help building aplications that
depends on them. It would be nice to have such file in libopenusb-dev.
Here is an example, taken from GNU gsl (file /usr/lib/pkgconfig/gsl.pc):
