I tried to follow the directions in comment #52, but when I ran the
`ubuntu-bug` command, it didn't give me any output. So I followed the
instructions in comment #55, but although I do get the the searchable
histogram of top issues, I receive the error "Sorry, you are not a

Is there any official solution to this anywhere? This is still happening
to me on Ubuntu 15.10, and it's one of the most annoying problems I've
ever encountered; sometimes when I switch from one logged-in user to
another, I have to click cancel on dozens and dozens of these prompts.
And I'm not

The keyboard shortcut for play/pause is documented in the help system of
rhythmbox 2.99.1 as being CTRL+Spacebar (which is what I'm used to), but
it doesn't work. Playing a song, then hitting CTRL+Space does not pause
it, it just seems to toggle the highlighting of the

Let's say I have two users, UserA and UserB, both logged in. I switch to
UserB, authenticate at the lightdm prompt, and then click the gear, and
select Log Out..., which takes me back to the lightdm prompt. I then
login as UserA. Now, when I click the gear in the top-right,
Will someone please explain to me like I'm 5 (in computer years) why
this was necessary? What's going on? When I upgraded to 13.10, my
keyboard stopped working completely after GRUB, and I'm left an

You can also do SUPER+w to spread the windows, then you will see an X on
the window you want to close.
By the way, I am in agreement that this is a bug that needs fixing; the
fact that we are discussing all these alternative ways to close a window
is a little ridiculous.

In the new file manager (Files?!) my mounted RAIDs have missing icons.
See the attached photo. Also notice in the attached photo how taking a
capture of the Files window introduced a transparency issue on the left
hand side of the window. I'll file a separate bug report for

I took a screenshot of a nautilus (Files?!) window to document bug

This bug's affecting me exactly like everyone else, but I've found that
deleting all instances of the string independent from
/etc/apt/sources.list allows me to bypass this bug temporarily.
Make a backup of your sources.list first if you decide to do the same!

Palimpsest doesn't allow precisely-sized partitions. I need to be able
to specify the size of a new partition at creation time in Bytes (not
MiB, GiB, or TiB).
Not that it matters, but the reason I need to do so is because I have an
existing RAID5, and I wanted to make a new
