Tons of crashes still and I agree priority should be high.
If I'm playing music when the crash occurs I sometimes get as much as 5
seconds of stuttering. The same chunk of audio (length perhaps half a
second) will play repeatedly several times before black screen of death.
On the basis of this
Consistent system freezing since installing Lucid. I've been through
many of the fixes described in various forum threads and no joy. It
happens randomly and results in a blank screen and total system lockup.
A hard reboot is the only answer.
I've tested other OS's (Puppy and Fedora) and no such
eee900 intel 915 integrated graphics and i have never seen plymouth on
boot. using lucid since beta1 with regular updates.
usual behaviour is blank screen then normal boot.
occasional broken pipes message then normal boot.
very occasional hang.
even more occasionally it submits this bug
Same problem here. Cannot get a 3 UK Huawai e169 to work at all on Lucid
Beta1. eee900. It worked flawlessly on Jaunty..

Same as above. I get the crash report on every boot and have had a
couple of hard lockups requiring computer reset switch. AMD 64X2 running
64bit Karmic, 2.6.31-14 with nvidia 185.
