This bug still appears in 8.10 and 9.04 beta.
When a user change a login window theme "on the first time that ubuntu
was installed", It will change selected option to "Random from selected"
with some selected theme (that the user didn't select himself).

When I open "System -> Administration -> Login Windows" to change option
"Use 24 Hour Clock" to other choices (no, or yes) and close gdmsetup,
it'll change back to "auto" automatically.
