Did you try adding the sources exactly as described above? If you missed the deb or intrepid or main or something, the source will not add correctly. If you are unsure of anything in that line, just copy that line into the "Add a source" dialog box. -- Bluetooth does not work at Acer Aspire 752

Edit: OK. I was mistaken. I have two dongles: one that is very old and can only pair with one device at a time (This one doesn't even work in Windows). The other is quite new, and works on Vista perfectly. On my Ubuntu laptop, the old one works perfectly, but the other doesn't work AT ALL

Yes! I finally got Bluetooth working ( kind of). I added blueman's repo and updated the bluez 4 stack ( I think it is version 20), and presto! Bluetooth works for the first time on my laptop in intrepid! There are a few problems, however. For one, the statusbar icon disappears after my first conn
