% ls -l /etc/mysql/debian-start
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1198 2008-03-19 13:58 /etc/mysql/debian-start*
They are currently:
% ls -l /etc/mysql/debian-start
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1198 2008-03-19 13:58 /etc/mysql/debian-start*
Please note the method to solve the problem
