Im an idiot!
I have 2 1920x1080 monitors and was downloading wallpaper of 3840x2160, but
realized i didnt have to double the vertical resolution. After downloading the
closes resolution to 3840x1080 then wallpaper spans appropriately.

I run setsid unity from terminal to recover window decorations.
For those that are running dual monitors and multiple workspaces you may
notice on restore that all open windows arbitrarily choose to restore on
random workspaces which is a pain because you have to manually rearrange
all windows
11.10 | Unity 4.28.0 | Intel IGC | dual monitor - Windows decorator
crashes randomly, occasionally when unmaximizing window or maximizing
and consistently when clicking on windows menu (left button on window
decorator).
I use setsid unity via terminal to restore window decorator.
