Same problem here. It only occurs when a contact changes status. I could reproduce it by running pidgin with another account in parallel. When a MSN contact goes from online to offline, or from offline to online, empathy segfaults. When the MSN contact changes to another status (away, busy)

I did some debugging and noticed empathy is looking for the icon notification-message-im.svg but can't find it. I made following symlinks to solve the problem: * Go to /usr/share/icons/Humanity/actions/16 * sudo ln -s im-message-new.svg notification-message-im.svg * do the same for sizes 22 and

I confirm this bug. I've experienced the crashes several (5 times) when double-clicking on an mp3 in Xubuntu Hardy. Totem opens and the complete system freezes (keyboard and mouse not responding anymore). The freezes also occur when trying to open mp3's with Exaile. -- Ubuntu Hardy crashes
