I have been using the Beta jaunty on a dell mini 9 and have not had any
problems switching the desktop mode from the remix to classic and visa versa.
I updated ubuntu today with the update manager and later switched from remix
option to classic and now only the desktop backround is showing. Nothing else.
I have tried rebooting to no avail.
