I filed bug #107399 and I use Kubuntu and KDE, so my issue at least is
definitely not Gnome related.

Yes this is still an issue with gutsy and the intel video driver.
When the laptop lid is closed (not suspended or hibernating, simply a
closed lid) the screen will turn itself on again when a usb mouse is
connected and moved.

Laptop screen turns on with lid closed when mouse is moved in feist
Will this patch eventually make it into a gutsy package? It's been
several weeks and I'm rather keen for this fix to be in gutsy. I'm
getting a little worried that it might be overlooked.

Currently the partitioner in the kubuntu 7.04 installer only allows
partition sizes to be specified in SI MB units (1000^3 bytes). It

Attached is a modified patch from the Novell Bugzilla which may fix the
issue of knetworkmanager not restoring the password from the kwallet. I
can test this if a build is provided.

I tested the package with the fix and can confirm that it isn't working
properly.
The password is saved into kwallet correctly when you initially connect
to the network. However, on subsequent attempts to connect it is not
retrieving the password from kwallet.

I have created a patch based on the latest knetworkmanager in feisty

Hopefully this can be fixed before feisty is released.

An issue is that the user-agent that comes with konqueror for firefox

It may also cause issues on google's end if they are keeping track of
