Is it possible that this bug can affect motherboard efi boot/bios ?
Because when I use windows in my ASUS H97 plus all works fine.
But when I switch to ubuntu, often after an upgrade (signed image) the
computer locks itself not booting at all during BIOS UEFI BOOT !!Than I
have to remove bios

It seems the issue is sdl related to change in sdl window size. If I
started qemu and set the monitor (and serial & parallel) to the same VC
size, it works much better. Instead of hangs on a 2-3 switches, it may
hang after rapid switch of more than 10 times. Btw, it can hang in any
windows, i.e.
Still happened in qemu 2.5.0 on Ubuntu 16.04, it's random but you can
only switch between console, monitor, serial, parallel several times,
then it hangs.

after the last software update (compiz and openGL) the behaviour has
changed. Now when I minimize the full-screen application I get back
again a full-screen of the application and if I click on it I return
correctly to the desktop.
Better than before but the bug is still present.

Hi,
same behaviour happens to me in virtualbox, remmina (RDP) and other
applications.
When I minimize the application, unity launcher and menu bar disappear.
I can let them reappear only clicking on the menu bar or on the unity
launcher.

I found out that the execution of '/etc/network/if-up.d/' is not
reliable all the time. From one boot to another boot I get different
result.
Practically I have 3 interfaces, lo, eth00, and eth10.
