When running bluetooth-properties dialog on LPIA architectures, much of
the UI is unreadable on a screen size of 800x480.
Attached is a patch that conditionally modifies the UI layout based on
the LPIA architecture and the --use-hildon flag.

New patch attached that adds an Xsession startup script. The script
looks for the presence of XDG_SESSION_COOKIE as well as the binary ck-
launch-session. if the conditions are met ck-launch-session is appended
to the $STARTUP.

As part of this fix, ck-launch-session needs to be back ported from 0.2.10 to
the current Hardy version 0.2.3.
I have attached a debdiff patch for this.
The second part of this is to modify the ume-gui-start file to launch
with ck-launch-session.

After some more investigation -- looks like using
open_session_with_parameters is not an option. This call requires root
privileges.

Using Gutsy Gibbon, all updates upto 2007-11-14 applied.
Problem is that the completion doesn't recognise files which just
appeared while you are using the completion. To verify, open two
terminals and go to an empty folder (the same empty folder for both

After muting headphone and line jack sense, I get sound from the speakers,
but not from the headset. Testing in sound Preferences gives the following
results:
In 'sound Events' and 'Music and Movies' everythin works except Intel
82801DB-ICH4 where I get a test window but no sound; and ESD where
aplay gives: Playing WAVE '/usr/share/sounds/startup.wav' : Signed 16 bit
Little Endian, Rate 44100 Hz, Stereo but no sound. Just hangs there. I
know sound works on this system, I had it on breezy, but I didn't have the
headset then. I will re-install ubuntu sounds.
lspci output attached.
All switches - loudspeakers and mike on headset - are on. All volume
controls are all the way up. Note: Worked on Breezy, before I had the
headset.
