Same problem with pepperflashplugin versions 13.0.0.182 and 14.0.0.125

packages installed:

I confirm that after installation of Wammu (with gnome-bluetooth
installed, upon search for phone the following message is displayed:
"Neither GNOME Bluetooth (btctl) nor PyBluez found, not possible to scan
for bluetooth devices"
