Hi, same thing here also after updating the BIOS to the most recent version
1.26, which was released 2011/07/11.
Other Fn-combinations works though: F7 (touchpad on/off), F8 (sound), F11 (num)

Similar behaviour as ever:
Nautilus bounces back to /home/user
smbclient on the commandline gives errormessages.
i.e.
tree connect failed: ERRSRV - ERRaccess (The requester does not have
the necessary access rights
Same thing for me, I am sorry to say.

I tested two different locations via ssh.
These servers were connected through the MenuPlacesConnect to server.
In the Gnome-Filemanager they show up correctly.
Gnome says this is a SFTP-connection.
In screem when choosing FileOpen I can see the connection, navigate
through folders on the server,
