This is annoying issue. I have the same problem on fedora 15 at first,
but they finally has a patch to fix it. Now I'm on ubuntu 11.10, got the
same problem. I know it is with ibus, hope somebody can fix it.

It seems that with the newest update of ubuntu 10.10, the border is
easier to grab. Except for the terminal window, it is still hard to grab
the border to do resizing.

What's the current progress for this bug? I have the same issue on the
same device. Will it be fixed upon release of 8.10? I really hope this
can be fixed because I want to use the Ubuntu as my audio computer.
