Fitt's law issues when Unity dock at bottom of screen:
1-Moving cursor to the bottom left corner to try to activate the Ubuntu
button does not do anything - same with moving the cursor to the left of
the Ubuntu button - nothing happens - violates Fitt's law
2-after pressing
I no longer use Ubuntu and therefore cannot comment on whether this still
occurs. I certainly hope not though.

As per my comments in Bug #860485 (marked as fixed), gnome-settings-
daemon continues to suspend after 15 minutes or so and ignores my
settings. E.g., it suspends even if I have the option set as not to
suspend.
I have all the current updates.

I don't use sudo, I get this msg:

I have no idea why, but my computer continues to suspend randomly...
see attached dconf-editor pictures. Maybe someone someone can tell me
why in that?

I've made the system as low-load as possible including disablign 3d
effects. Changing the nice priorities has no effect.

I undid it already, thanks. All it was was uncomment what I stated in
the original post. Neither had the desired effect to enable surround
sound that worked in previous versions of Ubuntu. Is this an ALSA
problem?
