Nach der installation von Ubuntu 13.10, installierte ich als 1.
ubuntu-gnome-desktop
und als 2. den apache webserver, wie folgt
apache2 apache2-doc ,
libapache2-mod-wsgi ,
und dann die folgenden alle auf eunmal wo bei der nfehler aufgetreten ist --
