Yes, I tried again on 9/23/2012 with the daily built. No change since the
9/1/2012. Graphics are still corrupt even on the live OS. We are getting closer
to the final release I hop this problem will be

Downloaded, made a boot USB and booted into the Live OS. Here is another

Tried the Alpha 2 on the USB with same results. Tried the DVD with Alpha 3 same
results.
Now the only way I could get Ubuntu installed was to first install 12.04 on
spare HD do the updates and then install 12.10. I was able to get it to boot in
2D so I could run the bug report. I have never had

Rich, does this mean you can't use Unity for a desktop? I have had a similar
problem, but I get a lockup using Firefox or Chrome browser, but I am not sure
it is even that. I can make it lockup by just moving the scroll bar in any
windows. Then again I try to lock it up and it won't lock.

Even though I got this error everything loaded and 11.04 is running and
I am at a Unity desktop. I did have to install the 64bit flashplugin for
firefox to get the foxtab working. I also had to fix my wireless driver
to get my wireless card to work, but I have to do this every time I

I just tried to burn a 8X DVD +R DL 8.5GB Double Layer Recordable. I was
using a Double Layer because I needed to put 7.8GB on one DVD. Here is

This error occurs every time I startup. The problem started after
upgrading to 9.04 of Ubuntu. I just close the error dialog and
everything seem to work OK. I just don't have the icon in the system
tray. If I un-install hplip the error goes away. When I reinstall it it
comes back so it is in this

I am using a no name laptop with a 15 LCD screen. Also a external 22
LCD monitor. Everything work fine. Both displays are right But when I
unplug the laptop to use without external monitor the resolution on the
