ok, solved!!!
remembering The update manager identified some updates, but blocked the
avaliable new kernel (don't know why). Then i get all the avaliable updates
(including new kernel) by using synaptic (i like synaptic) when i restarted
the grub2 was prompting. I tried so many ways to

The both with the same error. So, confirmed that firefox can't open
