I have just run your example on a Nexus 7 with devel-proposed channel
What I expect to see is the URL of the currently displayed page in the address
bar.
Although the displayed page is https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1, the
address bar is incorrectly displaying bugs.launchpad.net.

That bug being part of Oxide Webview would certainly explain why I
couldn't find it by searching for Select Multiple in the Webbrowser-app
tickets.
