hangs and used high CPU load.

Also here on an old AthlonXP 1700+ pc, the Ubuntu 12.04 installation
crashes during the slideshow. I also can confirm the workaround. If I
did remove ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu package.

When I try to close the tray with the Samsung SH-D163B dvd drive eject
button, it closes. But then opens again. This bug occurs in Ubuntu 11.10
and (X)Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. I can only close the tray properly with command
eject -t /dev/sr0 and by closing the tray manually. (The

However sinds the updates around 02/10/2012, this bug with music CDs in
rhythmbox seems to be fixed.

experience this on two different PC's and laptop. But I was only able to

Sometimes, when I boot, the PC makes a kernel panic, and Caps Lock and

assistant. With the migration assistant disabled, I am able to install
the natty desktop i386 without any problems. The ubiquity migration

seems to work. Only it is not necessary to remove the
~/.local/share/rhythmbox/ directory. I did only copied the playlists.xml
from Ubuntu
Today I updated Maverick. And after several reboots without a problem. I
also think the grub-pc update might fixed the problem. And I did not use
the nopat option anymore.
Only the warnings in my /var/log/Xorg.0.log from comment #20 are still

It seems I have found a work-around for mine Karmic Koala LiveCD out of
range problem. Mine AGP Club 3D 7600GS video card did have D-sub (VGA)
and DVI ports. It seems the out of range only occurs, when I use the
D-sub port. When I did use the DVI port there are no problems. I think
