Is there a fix planned for intrepid? My volume buttons were fine while I was temporarily using the radeon driver; however, when I switched to the fglrx driver, I started getting the symptoms described above (as well as in the duplicate bug).
I have an IBM T43 with an X300 (which is no longer supported by ATI), so I don't want to upgrade to Jaunty and lose 3D acceleration. If there is no official fix and it's easy enough to do, could someone point me in the right direction so I might do it myself? It's not life- or-death, but it /is/ a nuisance.
