Workaround for me:
- Plugin in ethernet cable ("wired")
- Open Terminal
- sudo ifconfig eth0 up && dhclient eth0
- sudo apt-get install libnl-3-200=3.2.21-1 libnl-genl-3-200=3.2.21-1

Please look into this common, basic feature.
Gnome have dismissed this issue. I find this outrageous. How are you
supposed to locate a file changed on a specific date, e.g. a photo?
Now it's up to you Ubuntu guys!
