I confirm the bug on Xubuntu 15.10, after upgrading from 15.04 (via sudo
do-release-upgrade). Downgrading Thunar to 1.6.6 fixed the problem to
some extent, i.e. problem happens less frequently.

How can I downgrade to Thunar 1.6.6 after doing d0-release-upgrade from
xubuntu 15.04 to 15.10 thus switching from Thunar 1.6.6 to 1.6.10? Is
there any chance to downgrade just Thunar?
