i have the problem with booting in both of two systems.
And i think that my first partition has NTFS filesystem and the second
automatic being after install ubuntu 8.04.

And more,when i wrote ls
i received the answer (hd0)(hd0,5)(hd0,1)(hd1)(hd1,1)
and after , when i wrote set
i receivedprefix=(hd0,5)/boot/grub
root=hd0,5
