Cool. So, the exact steps are: edit /etc/apt/sources.list, change 'hardy' to 'gutsy' everywhere With what commands to I downgrade xserver-xorg-*? How do I pin it? sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-* --pin? Then, I edit /etc/apt/sources.list and go from 'gutsy' back to 'hardy' -- lockup on
