I am also facing same problem(xubuntu). Lenovo T420 laptop. For time
being i am disabling 'lock on suspend'. Need to see if problem is still
there.

rsibreak doesn't always work & force a break when using fullscree
I hit this bug as well during manual partitioning. You can repro it by
manually running /lib/partman/display.d/80manual_partitioning, you
should see a clobbered screen and then the process exits.
