When I login to www.westpac.com.au (my bank) and try and view Other
Accounts this function requires ActiveX. I have sent an email to the
bank suggesting that they use a different technology as ActiveX can be a
target for malicious software but I

I managed to get it working by following the instructions on

-module-in-ubuntu/
I've also noticed that it doesn't reload after you resume from suspend
or hibernate so I had to write a little reload script which I run
manually
tomx that script worked for me.
You were missing the ! after the hash character.

I've just purchased a Lenovo T410s and it has a built in WWAN adapter
which does not show up in the network-manager.
Here is my output from lsusb

I've got the same problem on my T410s but I'm running kernel 2.6.32.18
and don't have a HDA Intel directory.
Here are the directories I have in my /sys/bus/pci/drivers directory:

When trying to boot Ubuntu 10.04 beta1 64bit on the Primary Slave IDE CD-ROM
drive it fails with the message:

I'm running Mythbuntu 8.10 and I had the same problem with my diskless
clients. I manually changed my mythbuntu-diskless-client as per the
laga diff and it still didn't work. I also had to change:
mkdir -p /var/run/sendsigs.omit.d/
to
mkdir -p /lib/init/rw/sendsigs.omit.d/
