To get wireless working in Intrepid try installing
'linux-restricted-modules-common'. Worked for me. I haven't tried the actual
bug issues above yet.

My Pinnacle PCTV 60e is not registering in Edgy. I've read that the card
should register and automatically load appropriate drivers -but it seems
it is not recognized.
I'm happy to provide more info.
