I noticed there isn't the same behavoir for all the USB pendrives. For
example a Kingston 512 MB (from lsusb - Bus 001 Device 019: ID
0930:6533 Toshiba Corp. 512M Stick) has this problem, while a Sandisc
8GB (Bus 001 Device 020: ID 0781:5406 SanDisk Corp. Cruzer Micro 1/2/4GB
Flash Drive) doesn't.

For me to have system-config-printer working you only need to have the
latest ubuntu version (actually the 1.1.3+git20090218-0ubuntu7 version,
check it using synaptic in system, administration). After you have run the
program in LPD/LPR Host or Printer you have to specify in the host box the
host
The problem already exist. In fact if you do something before the steps
I described in my last comment then also if you do the right things the
foward button isn't enabled. Till, you have an HP printer, maybe you
should have to use the HP Printer (HPLIP) section, did you try to use
that system?
Can anybody confirm this problem? Is there a solution for this one? It
seems system-config-printer doesn't see any printer linked to the
printserver, but i'm sure it hasn't any problem because with other
computers and distros it works.

To install it on my computer I run system-config-printer, then new -

I have a problem using both ubuntu intrepid and jaunty, and I noticed this
problem also using Fedora 10.
The webcam works fine with ubuntu 8.04 hardy heron.
