Hi,
I encountered the very same issue. Followed changing AutoEnable=true, did't
helped...
I'm with 15.10 without any mods.
Any ideas?

when i define the keys shortcut for switching the next source layout i choose
alt+shift, after changing it, it works great.
when i reboot the system the next source layout is still showing alt+shift bug
it will only switch with shift+alt!
the only way to fix it is to set it
I can work on this part time
