The same thing happens with my N79 (not a typo). Connection under jaunty is nearly flawless. I get the gsm disconnected, and then the phone powers down. This is a show stopper for me, and will stick with Jaunty until fixed. -- Network manager reboots N97 phone connected with USB as a 3G
