I can confirm that "sudo -E /usr/lib/update-notifier/package-data-
downloader" from command line fixes the problem. My machine is behind a
proxy server.

I just try to browse my folder with films (/media/hdd_320GB/films) and
sometime nautilus can't do that. It works and I can browse another
directories but it doesn't show all files in the directory. After reboot
it works fine.

of view. But I believe the file is OK.
