I don't understand your changelog. Which are the remaining changes and what are
the new changes you (?) did?
The only changes that may need to remain are:
* Added 01bootcdmk2diskconf.src.diff patch:
- A lot of changes for dash compatibility (LP: #238761)
* Implement quilt patch system:
