PC is an AMD FX6300 running on an unRAID VM running Ubuntu Budgie 17.04.
Ubuntu Budgie is the only OS that cannot turn put displays to sleep.
Ubuntu Mate 17.04 works just fine inside the VM

I am using the nMedia display that works with the lis driver.
Everything works fine but I cannot get the scrolling to slow down even
using 0 as the speed.
I am using XBMC linux 9.11
